You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, access links, download links, course credentials, and registration information. You may not copy, reproduce, share, resell, sublicense, distribute, publish, post publicly, modify, translate, record, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Accolade Institute LLC materials without our prior written permission.
8. Artificial Intelligence, Intellectual Property, and Use of Materials
Accolade Institute LLC may use artificial intelligence tools, automation tools, research tools, content development tools, editing tools, design tools, analytics tools, or other technology-enabled systems to support business operations, instructional design, research, writing, editing, design, product development, customer service, marketing, or delivery of educational services.

You may not use Accolade Institute LLC materials, frameworks, course content, digital products, downloads, prompts, exercises, assessments, models, tools, templates, recordings, transcripts, or related resources to train, fine-tune, develop, benchmark, evaluate, or improve artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, large language models, bots, agents, datasets, or competing products or services without our prior written permission.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content, information, files, data, prompts, examples, case materials, organizational information, confidential information, or third-party materials you submit to us or upload into any platform used in connection with our services does not violate the rights of others, breach confidentiality obligations, infringe intellectual property rights, or violate applicable law.
Accolade Institute LLC does not claim ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property solely because you submit it in connection with a course, program, event, consulting-adjacent educational service, or learning experience. However, you grant us a limited right to use submitted materials as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable service, facilitate the learning experience, respond to your request, improve delivery, or fulfill the purpose for which the materials were submitted.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, Accolade Institute LLC may use de-identified, aggregated, or generalized learnings, observations, feedback, questions, themes, and usage patterns from our educational services to improve our products, research, frameworks, teaching methods, tools, and services, provided that we do not disclose confidential client information or personally identify you or your organization without permission.
9. Digital Products and Paid Downloads
Digital products may include eBooks, guides, playbooks, templates, toolkits, white papers, research reports, worksheets, workbooks, assessments, downloadable PDFs, digital frameworks, and other paid downloadable resources.
Digital Product Delivery
Digital products are generally delivered electronically through a download link, email, customer account, learning platform, or digital delivery system. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that you can access the delivery method.
Digital Product Refund Policy
Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately, all sales of digital products are final unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital products will not be provided after the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available to you, except in the following limited circumstances:
You were charged more than once for the same product due to a duplicate transaction.
You purchased the wrong product and notify us before accessing or downloading it.
The wrong product was delivered to you.
The file is defective, corrupted, or inaccessible, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
Digital product refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of purchase by contacting us at contact@accoladeinstitute.com. We reserve the right to request documentation, transaction details, or other information needed to evaluate the request.
Digital Content Access and Withdrawal Rights
Where applicable consumer protection laws provide a right of withdrawal, cancellation, cooling-off period, or similar consumer right for digital content, you acknowledge that purchasing, downloading, accessing, streaming, or beginning use of a digital product, online course, downloadable resource, or other digital content may affect or waive that right where permitted by law.
By purchasing or accessing digital content that is made available immediately, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you may lose any statutory right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase once the digital content has been accessed, downloaded, streamed, or made available to you, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country, state, province, or region.
10. Self-Paced eLearning Courses and Online Programs
Self-paced eLearning courses and online programs may include videos, readings, knowledge checks, reflection prompts, worksheets, downloadable materials, course modules, assessments, completion tracking, and related online learning experiences.
Course Access
Unless otherwise stated on the course page, access begins after purchase, enrollment, or registration has been completed. Access duration may vary by course, program, subscription, license, or client agreement.
If a course page, invoice, purchase confirmation, or written agreement states a specific access period, that access period controls.
eLearning Refund Policy
Refund requests for self-paced eLearning courses may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
The request is submitted within seven (7) calendar days of purchase.
No more than ten percent (10%) of the course content has been viewed, accessed, completed, or downloaded.
No certificate, badge, completion record, or course credential has been issued.
The account has not violated these Terms and Conditions.
No refunds will be provided after seven (7) calendar days from purchase, after substantial course access, after course completion, after issuance of a certificate or credential, or where access has been misused.
Accolade Institute LLC may, at its discretion, offer a credit toward another course or program instead of a refund.
11. Microlearning, Subscriptions, and Learning Libraries
Some offerings may be provided as microlearning programs, learning libraries, recurring access plans, membership-style learning access, or subscription-based services.
Subscription terms, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation options, and access duration will be described at the point of purchase or in a separate agreement. If an offering renews automatically, the renewal terms will be provided before purchase or registration.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation of a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for prior charges, unused access, partial months, or previously delivered digital content.
12. Webinars, Live Virtual Events, and Online Workshops
This section applies to webinars, live virtual workshops, online seminars, masterclasses, cohort sessions, executive briefings, certification sessions, facilitated virtual learning events, and similar live online programs.
Participant Cancellation Policy
Unless a specific event page or written agreement states otherwise, participant cancellations are handled as follows:
More than fourteen (14) calendar days before the event: Eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees or third-party platform fees.
Seven (7) to fourteen (14) calendar days before the event: Eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund or a one hundred percent (100%) credit toward a future eligible Accolade Institute LLC event.
Less than seven (7) calendar days before the event: Not eligible for a refund. A registration transfer or credit may be considered at our discretion.
No-Shows
No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows, missed sessions, late arrivals, early departures, or failure to attend a scheduled webinar, workshop, live virtual event, or cohort session.
Substitutions
Participant substitutions may be allowed if requested in writing before the event begins. Accolade Institute LLC may deny a substitution if the event has eligibility requirements, certification requirements, cohort restrictions, capacity limitations, or other participation criteria.
Transfers and Credits
If approved, credits may be used only for eligible future Accolade Institute LLC offerings and may not be redeemed for cash. Credits are non-transferable unless we approve the transfer in writing.
13. Event Cancellation, Rescheduling, or Modification by Accolade Institute LLC
Accolade Institute LLC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, modify, or change the format, facilitator, agenda, date, time, platform, or delivery method of any webinar, workshop, course, event, or program.
If we cancel a paid live event and do not provide a substantially similar replacement, we will offer either a refund or a credit toward a future eligible event.
Accolade Institute LLC is not responsible for travel costs, lodging, lost wages, missed business opportunities, third-party expenses, technology expenses, or other consequential costs related to cancellation, rescheduling, or modification of an event.
14. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the technology needed to access our digital products, online courses, webinars, virtual events, and downloadable materials. This may include a functioning device, internet access, email access, current browser, audio capability, video capability, PDF reader, learning platform access, or webinar platform access.
Refunds will not be provided solely because you lacked the required technology, failed to check system requirements, experienced local internet issues, used an unsupported device, missed email instructions, or were unable to access a third-party platform due to circumstances outside our control.
15. Recordings
Some webinars, online events, or virtual sessions may be recorded for educational, quality, internal, participant-access, promotional, or archival purposes. By participating in a recorded session, you acknowledge that your name, voice, image, chat comments, questions, or contributions may be captured.
Unless we provide written permission, participants may not record, copy, distribute, publish, livestream, screenshot, or reproduce any Accolade Institute LLC webinar, live event, course, session, or private learning experience.
16. Certificates, Credentials, and Completion
Some courses, programs, or certifications may offer certificates of completion, badges, credentials, participation records, or other acknowledgments.
Completion requirements may include attendance, participation, assignments, assessments, projects, facilitator review, knowledge checks, skills demonstrations, or other criteria. Accolade Institute LLC reserves the right to determine whether completion requirements have been satisfied.
A certificate, badge, or credential from Accolade Institute LLC does not guarantee employment, promotion, salary increase, professional licensure, client acquisition, business results, organizational performance improvement, or any other outcome.
17. Enterprise, Group, and Client Agreements
Some services may be purchased by organizations, enterprise clients, institutions, or groups under a separate proposal, statement of work, purchase order, master services agreement, licensing agreement, cohort agreement, or other written contract.
If a separate written agreement exists and conflicts with these Terms and Conditions, the written agreement will control for the specific services covered by that agreement.
18. Acceptable Use and Participant Conduct
You agree to use our website, courses, events, digital products, and services in a lawful, respectful, and professional manner.
You may not:
Share restricted content or login credentials without permission.

Violate intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other legal rights.
We reserve the right to remove a participant, suspend access, deny future registration, or terminate use without refund if conduct violates these Terms and Conditions or negatively affects the learning environment.
19. Accessibility and Accommodation Requests

27. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an error with a charge, please contact us at contact@accoladeinstitute.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to review billing concerns, duplicate transactions, access issues, or refund eligibility under these Terms and Conditions.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically cancel your obligations under these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to suspend access to products, courses, downloads, events, or services while a payment dispute is pending.

Upon termination, your right to access or use restricted materials ends immediately. Provisions related to intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution will survive termination.
